Architectural work draws upon the foundation of landscape photography but is far more punishing. A slight tilt of the camera can ruin a composition. I take a photographer’s approach in my architectural video work prioritizing strong composition over flashy camera movement.

What most walkthrough videos fail to capture is the feeling of living in the space.

Putting artistic composition first, my luxury real estate videos transport the viewer into being able to imagine living in the home you’re showcasing.

Architecture & Design

I had the privilege to work with Habitat Studio on a special video project in Ojai, CA. The shoot lasted from morning until sunset and I focused on capturing the changing light within the space. I absolutely love the feel of this video. My goal was to tell the story of the house as elegantly as possible. In order to do so, I focused on static shots, time lapses, and minimal camera movements. I wanted this video to be as far from a typical walkthrough video as possible.

  • Houses up to 5000 sq ft. (Additional cost factored in if greater than 5000)

* Realtor will be responsible for coordinating lifestyle elements if they wish. Examples of these elements include models, luxury cars driving up to the property, etc.

Add-ons

Re-shoots
Hourly Rate $150/hr

If I miss something important, reshoots are on me. However if there’s a different time of day you wanted to include or extra requests, I am happy to work something out for my hourly rate of $150/hr.

Audio Voiceovers
$300 Addition

Add a special intro or voiceover to your social media video talking about the history or features of your property. I will create accompanying b-roll to coincide with the script.

Rush Delivery
+50% of cost

My delivery time is 5 business days. If you need the video sooner than that, my fee is half of the quoted cost. Less than 24 hour rush delivery will be double the quoted cost.

Additional Square Footage
$100 Addition per 1000 sq ft

If the house exceeds the square footage of the package, not a problem. I just ask for a small add-on of $100 per 1000 square feet to compensate for additional editing and culling time of footage
